1. What is Print-On-Demand?

Print-on-Demand (POD) means each item is printed and produced only after you place an order. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste and excess inventory.

2. How do I place an order? 

Browse our collection, select your preferred design, choose the size, color, and quantity, then proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

3. Can I customize the design? 

Yes! We offer customization options for selected products. You may add names, text, logos, or personalized artwork depending on the product. Additional charges may apply.

4. Can I upload my own design? 

Absolutely! We accept customer-submitted designs for selected products. Please ensure you own the rights to any artwork, logos, or images submitted.

5. How long does production take? 

Since all products are made to order, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

6. How long does shipping take? 

Estimated delivery times are:
•    US Orders: 5 - 10 business days after production
•    International Orders: 20 - 30 business days after production
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

7. How I change my order after it has been placed?

Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, modifications are no longer possible.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Because products are custom-made, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

9. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes from XS to 2XL (depending on the product). Please refer to the size chart available on each product page before ordering. 

10. What if I ordered the wrong size? 

Since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order. 

11. What printing methods do you used?

We use high-quality printing techniques such as:
•    Direct-to-Garment (DTG)
•    Direct-to-Film (DTF)
•    Heat Transfer Printing
The printing method depends on the product and design requirements.

12. Are the prints durable?

Yes! Our prints are designed to withstand regular wear and washing when proper care instructions are followed.

13. How should I wash my printed apparel?

For best results:
•    Turn the garment inside out before washing.
•    Wash in cold water.
•    Use mild detergent.
•    Do not bleach.
•    Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
•    Avoid ironing directly on the printed area.

14. What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted? 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

15. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Because all products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly.

16. Will the colors look exactly like the design shown online?

We strive for accurate color reproduction; however, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, printing processes, and fabric materials.

17. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders, team uniforms, company merchandise, school events, clubs, and promotional apparel. Please contact us for a special discount.

18. Are your products environmentally friendly? 

Print-on-Demand production helps reduce waste by creating products only when ordered, minimizing excess inventory and unsold stock.

19. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s progress.
